Meet Your Coach
Janine is an ISSA certified fitness & nutrition coach. She has over 7 years of experience in both personal training and class instruction. Prior to coaching, Janine was a national-level gymnast which sparked her passion for fitness and health. She also completed a BSc in Neuroscience, broadening her understanding of the human body. Janine believes in a holistic approach to healthy living and wants to encourage everyone to take steps towards a more active lifestyle.
