October Challenge

Jump into fall moving & feeling better!

The details:

  • Access to 2 live fitness classes per week (schedule below)

  • Unlimited access to video bank of previous recordings for Tuesday & Friday classes (over 150 classes)

    • If you miss a live class, it is uploaded to the video bank ~ 2 hours after

  • Mini-bands & weights optional (options to add weight to exercises in each session)

    • No weights? No problem! Trust me, you will get your sweat on without them! 

  • All ages & skill levels welcome

    • Advanced & beginner options given for each class

    • High & low-intensity options provided​

  • Access to nutrition, fitness & mobility forums ​

  • $40 for the whole program (~$5 per live class) - Affordable fitness is what we do!!​

Equipment Needed:

  • Mini-bands Optional: you can get a set for under $20. Check out these bands from Amazon

  • Weights Optional: You can use anything you have on hand, including kettlebells, dumbells, kitchen cans, a weighted plate or sandbag, etc.
