Service Description

Live Class Tuesdays from 7:30-8:00 AM *EST* - recordings available. Live 30-minute classes that include a 5-minute warm-up. The focus is full-body HIIT training. Weights are optional. These classes have high and low-intensity options and are intended for all fitness levels. Once you've booked a class, a confirmation email will be sent with the Zoom link included. Zoom links for booked classes can also be found on your profile page under "My Bookings." There is no cap on class sizes and you can book up until a class begins.
